Theragun Mini Plus

The heat setting is a game-changer for loosening up tight shoulders before a workout. It’s surprisingly quiet for such a powerful little device, and it fits right in my carry-on.

I toss this in my gym bag and it's honestly the only reason my calves survive leg day. The heated head warms up fast and gets into the sore spots way quicker than my old plain percussion gun did. Charges over USB-C too, which is one less cable to pack.

Took it on a weekend trip and it fit right in my carry-on. The heat plus percussive motion actually loosened my tight shoulders faster than my old massager did. Lightweight enough to hold one-handed while I watched TV.
