Theragun Mini

The quiet motor on this thing is a game-changer—I can use it during Zoom calls without anyone hearing. It’s small enough to fit in my work bag, yet it actually works out the knots in my shoulders after sitting at a desk all day.

This little thing lives in my work bag now and I barely notice the weight. Twenty minutes on my calves after a run and the tightness is basically gone.

Was skeptical a mini could work, but this little thing really loosens my tight shoulders. The compact size lets me take it from office to couch without it ever being in the way.
