Theragun Mini

I’ve been using it after my runs to target tight calves, and the three speed settings let me dial in just the right pressure. It’s quiet enough that I can use it while watching TV without bothering anyone.

This thing is tiny but still has enough power to work out the knots in my lower back after long days sitting. The compact size actually makes it way easier to reach between my shoulder blades than my bigger massage gun.
