Prime 恢復組合

Using the vibration settings on my legs after a long run, I could really feel the deep muscle relief—way better than just stretching. The whole bundle feels solid and well-made, and I've already noticed faster recovery between workouts.

Ordered this to stop paying for weekly sports massages, and it's already earned its keep. The recovery tools hit my tight calves and shoulders way harder than any foam roller I've used, and the whole setup feels genuinely built for daily use.

This bundle has everything I need for post-workout recovery—the variety of tools means I can switch between foam rolling and percussion therapy depending on how tight my muscles feel. It’s already helped me bounce back faster after leg day.
