I was skeptical about palm cooling, but after three rounds on the heavy bag this thing kept my grip strong and my recovery quick. The cooling plate gets noticeably cold within seconds, and it’s small enough to hold between sets without getting in the way.

Used it between sprint intervals on a hot afternoon and my hands stopped feeling like they were overheating. The palm cooling kicks in fast enough that I actually got through my last two sets without fading.
