The contrast therapy cycle is super easy to switch between, and the cold setting really helped calm down my swollen ankle after a long run. I honestly can't tell this is a refurbished unit, it looks and feels brand new for a fraction of the price.

I was skeptical about a refurbished device, but this one looks brand new and the cold therapy kicks in almost instantly. The compact size makes it easy to wrap around my sore ankle while I'm working at my desk.

The contrast therapy setting is what sold me — switching between cold and heat on my knee after runs has made a real difference in how quickly the soreness fades. It's small enough to wear around the house while I'm doing chores, which I didn't expect to actually use as much as I do.
